I am now 31 years old with a soon to be a 4 year old daughter who I want to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise so the question is what to do? I decided to cut "junk food" out of my diet and start to jog again. I was then approached by a friend up north in the new year to take part in a 30 day kick start programme which would involve daily exercise challenges as well as workouts 3 times a week and a weekly meal plan. I jumped at the opportunity. I am a week in my meals and diet has completely changed I have embraced the Paleo lifestyle and the workouts I do with the support and guidance of my 2 personal trainers, my daughter and my husband.
So progress so far 4lb loss and 1inch! Amazing I will happily share my progress pictures with you at the end of the 30 days so you can see the difference this is making to me. I have also re discovered sausages I am LOVING them at the moment, I haven't eaten red meat and eggs for 15 years and now I eat them so much! its amazing how your taste buds change with diet and age!
